Asian Heritage Foundation (AHF) Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental social development organization founded in 2008 by the owner of Asian Heritage Group, Nilhari Bastola (Nilam), to raise the living conditions of people disadvantaged communities of Nepal who are left behind by sharing benefits of economic developmet. Asian Heritage Foundation Nepal was registered with the District Administration Office, and Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu.
AHFN, believes that Nepal cannot rise to its true potential without a fundamental transformation in the lives of disadvantaged people in Rural Nepal. We believe in a holistic and integrated development with a focus on five fundamental issues Community Mobilization, Health & Nutrition, Tourism &livelihood, Agriculture& Environment Protection and Education. This model empowers our communities with the capability of creating choices for themselves and their families, allowing them to transform their own lives and ensuring a sustainable changes in thier social , economical and cultural aspects.
AHF Nepal has establised community hospital in ( Necha Community Hospital) Necha village, South Solukhumbu district. The aims of the hospital are to improve the health status of families through providing access to basic health services and raising awareness about importance of good healt. Since AHFN has been supporting the Necha Community Hospital for seven years by providing infrastructure, qualified doctors, training & education, awareness programmes and management advice. Till date more than 80,000 rural individual people are benefitted from various projects ( water, edcation and livelihood promotion) implemented by the foundation to improve the living conditons of rural people
